Key accomplishments included leading project in process improvements and system implementation for global broker dealer firms, investment banks, and private banks in New York, London, and Switzerland; as well as IPO readiness and audit engagements in China. She also successfully led and built out best in class accounting and financial control teams and infrastructure for startups and growing companies. Cecilia also serves as audit committee member for nonprofit organizations. An active member of her professional and alumni network, she mentors current and aspiring accountants in underserved groups. She is the best selling published author of “Dear Accountant: Stories, Advise and Explorations”, the host of the “Dear Accountant” podcast, and has been featured in media outlets such as Good Day New York, PIX 11 News, Quicken, Accounting Today and Money Girl.

He specializes in setting up and restructuring accounting systems and workflows, building a strong foundation for significant growth while minimizing risk and leveraging cash flow management as a strategic process.
He has a profound appreciation for the stories that can be found within numbers—from the highest level down to the smallest detail—often providing insights and analysis that are hidden at first glance.

Ray brings more than two decades of international finance and business leadership to the team. Ray is a former Ernst & Young (EY) Partner where he spent over 15 years in a range of leadership roles including Assurance, Financial Accounting Advisory as well as internal leadership roles such as Talent Development and Resource Management. Ray served with EY in Canada, United States, Greater China in national, regional, and global roles.
Ray left EY in 2011 to dedicate his time to consulting and executive coaching. Over the last ten years, he has coached and advised cross-cultural teams across the globe. His clients include Fortune 500 clients, SMEs as well as early-stage start-ups. He has a love and calling to serve people and organizations – help them solve problems, explore purpose, embrace the opportunity of change and achieve their full potential.
